- New Dental Practice Quality Pack — 21 documents + 4 event templates (bloodborne pathogen exposure, sterilization failure, OSHA finding, patient complaint), tuned to OSHA 29 CFR 1910.1030 and CDC infection-prevention guidance for dental settings
- New Food Safety / HACCP Pack — 31 documents + 5 event templates (CCP deviation, customer complaint, environmental monitoring positive, supplier nonconformance, recall) aligned with FSSC 22000, SQF, BRCGS, and FSMA
- New Quality event PDF export — controlled-record format with optional audit trail appendix
- New 21 CFR Part 11 re-authentication on every event stage approval and rejection — e-signatures verified per signing
- New Welcome email on signup with quick-start checklist for deploying a compliance pack
- New Resend invite action for pending users in user management — fresh set-password link, previous one invalidated
- Improved ISO 9001:2015 pack rebuilt — every stage in CAPA, Customer Complaint, Internal Audit, and Improvement now captures substantive required content (investigator, methodology, evidence, root cause, effectiveness verification) instead of acknowledgements only
- Improved ISO 13485 event templates beefed up with auditor-grade fields — investigation methodology, root-cause method, predetermined effectiveness criteria, MDR reportability rationale
- Improved Signup wizard streamlined from 5 steps to 4 — compliance packs are now deployed from Settings when you’re ready, not pre-selected at signup
- Improved Rejected event stages now show a visible banner with the rejecter’s comments so the owner knows exactly what to revise
